Today, I'm passing your attention on the R_Block project review, designed to help solve problems in hiring qualified employees. In today's world, the issue of choosing employees for employers under existing vacancies is very urgent. Until now, the Internet has created many sources of recruitment, its main task is to organize communication between job seekers and entrepreneurs seeking professionals. Unfortunately, however, this system does not guarantee that highly qualified employees will receive well-paid jobs, and vice versa, that the employer will employ a professional employee. Many candidate choices only complicate the work of recruiters. If a prospective employer tries to assess an employee's competence, he does not know how to properly resume the candidate and how his real skills are reflected in him.
